It seems this forum is about the dryest, most sedated forum on here.

I'm guessing that most of the people who frequent this forum:

1. Never read anyone else's posts but their own.

2. Drive a prious or a vespa or some other "green" form of transport.

3. Use a mac (or run linux or ubuntu).

4. Have an Iphone loaded with apps that do nothing.

5. Can't understand why anyone would be against big government.

6. Never had your mom send you to the grocery store with food stamps.

7. Have never been physically attacked by a group of people for being the wrong person at the right place at the wrong time.

8. Think a guitar can be realistically emulated with samples.

9. Never had to scrub toilets, or empty trash cans full of wasps for minimum wage.

10. Never fought your way out of a mosh pit full of nazi's only to go back in and find your car keys.

Am I off the mark? Just curious.

1. Yeah I know, never got a reply before and they took away the "viewed" count on posts.

2. They cost more than they save in gas, the batteries are toxic and will create envrionmental issues, they look nerdy, etc...

3. PC's rule

4. I won an ipod once and then tried to use it without itunes which wanted to take over my audio files and being that my computer's only real use is for music, I sold it on ebay for $100 and bought a $50 mp3 player with 3 times the storage that I can just drag songs from folders into... and spent the change on gangja... win win.

5. Well it's too much to get into now, but big governments, like organized religions, are great at mismanaging money, oppressing individual freedoms and starting wars. They pretend to be fighting for the poor but send their kids to private schools that are not affected by the politically correct nonsense they teach in public schools today.

6. If you meant to say "your mom did", you are right. Obviously the point was that I am not a trust funder. You seem to have a disdain for the poor... see big government above.

7. Well I have been jumped by skinheads for having hair, jumped by black people because I refused to go 2 miles out of my way to walk home at night and for being white in school (never do this, it's dangerous). So you have been attacked? By whom?

8. Well some might accept a sample based or emulated guitar as realistic, but I can tell a fake guitar within about 10 seconds. The other responder also knows, I prefer a strat to a tele but that's strictly because they don't make cheap chinese tele clones.

9. C'mon? Have you ever had to work for $4.25 an hour? Clean up people's garbage? Just curious.

10. Yes, really. When you are being kicked and punched and elbowed by skinheads in a mosh pit, there is a chance you will drop your car keys... it happens. I wouldn't call it dancing...

Hasn't anyone ever been to a show with a mosh pit?

I was only at a couple that didn't have one and that was because someone gave me a ticket to see eric clapton once.

Let's see.

1. Obviously not correct

2. My last three cars have been Corollas

3. Nope, Windows XP, though I will be learning Linux

4. I have a Tracfone that stays in the car, turned off

5. Not correct, although "big government" is confusing terminology

6. Correct, but I used food stamps in the 1970s (when I could afford them)

7. True

8. Depends

9. My first job out of college was to work at, and live in, a funeral home - it went downhill after that. Fortunately, after 30+ years things have gotten considerably better.

10. True, I try to stay away from things that will clobber me
